Important: At least one adult ticket must be purchased for every group of children attending. One registered adult may accompany multiple children.

Q: What classes are included in the Season Passes?

A: Both Season Passes include one ticket to the Halloween Cookie Class and Thanksgiving Cookie Class. The Signature Season Pass (3 Classes) also includes your choice of one Christmas Cookie Class (either Merry & Bite or Cookies for Santa). The Ultimate Season Pass (4 Classes) includes both Christmas Cookie Classes.

Q: Can I purchase just one or two classes instead of a Season Pass?

A: Season Passes are fixed packages and cannot be altered or customized. However, if you're interested in attending just one or two classes, any remaining seats will be available for purchase as individual class tickets at a later date, pending availability.

Q: How do I purchase Season Passes for both adults and children?

A: Simply add the desired quantity of Adult Signature Season Passes, Adult Ultimate Season Passes, Child Signature Season Passes, and/or Child Ultimate Season Passes to your cart before checking out. Each Season Pass is specific to the attendee's age group.

Q: Can I transfer or gift my Season Pass if I can't attend?

A: Yes! You're welcome to transfer an individual class to someone else, but you must email me at tinksweetshoppe@gmail.com before class starts to let me know who will be attending in your place. Even if it's the same day, this helps me ensure the correct person receives your spot and decorating kit. The replacement guest must meet the ticket's age requirement. Transferring one class does not affect your remaining classes—they will remain reserved under your name unless you notify me otherwise.
Q: Does each child need an adult with them?

A: Yes! At least one adult bundle must be purchased per group of children attending. One adult can accompany multiple children who each have a child ticket bundle.

Q: Can I bring more than one child with one adult?

A: Absolutely! One registered adult bundle covers all accompanying children attending together.

Q: What age qualifies as a child ticket?
A: Child tickets are for ages 13 and under. Ages 14 and up require an adult ticket.
Q: When and how will I receive my tickets?

A: Your order confirmation will be emailed immediately after purchase. Additional event details and reminders will be sent by email closer to each class date.

Q: How do I choose my Christmas Cookie Class?

A: Guests who purchase a Signature Season Pass will receive an email after checkout with instructions to reserve their preferred Christmas Cookie Class (Merry & Bite or Cookies for Santa). Christmas class selections are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Will the Christmas classes be different?

A: Yes! Merry & Bite and Cookies for Santa are two different Christmas-themed cookie decorating classes with unique cookie sets and designs. Guests who purchase the Ultimate Season Pass will attend both classes, while Signature Season Pass guests will choose one.
Q: What if I can't attend one of the classes?

A: I hope you can join all of them! Since this is a special discounted Season Pass, no refunds will be given for any reason.

If you need to miss a class and let me know at least 7 days before the class date, you may choose one of the following:

A future class credit (valid during the current calendar year, excluding future Fall Cookie Class Season Pass classes), or

A decorating kit with detailed instructions to complete the class at home (pickup required)

If you cancel within 7 days of the class (including the day of), you may still pick up your decorating kit, but no credit or refund will be issued.

Q: Are these classes beginner-friendly? What if I have no decorating experience?

A: Absolutely! No experience is needed—these classes are designed to be fun, approachable, and beginner-friendly. You'll receive step-by-step instruction in a relaxed environment, whether it's your first time decorating or your fiftieth!

Q: How long is each class?

A: Each class lasts approximately 1½ hours, giving you plenty of time to learn, decorate, and have fun!

Q: What supplies are provided?

A: Everything you need is included! I'll provide the cookies, icing, decorating tools, and all supplies needed for class—just bring yourself and get ready to have fun!

Q: Can I attend by myself, or do I need to come with a group?

A: You're welcome to attend solo or with friends and family! Many guests come on their own, while others make it a fun outing. Either way, you'll feel right at home.

Q: Will I get to take home the cookies I decorate?

A: Absolutely! At the end of class, you'll take home a box of the cookies you decorated to enjoy or share.
